Taste good and skinless, but I give it 4 stars because occasionally there are hard bones.

These are supposed to be center cut pieces yet I have found ends in the last 3 bags I purchased. Quality continues to slide as the prices continue to rise.

Not center cuts and Poor Quality

This was excellent! Grilled two of the thicker pieces on a fajita pan and put on the charcoal grill. They turned out great, with a light seer and moist and flaky! Delicious, I put another bag of this in my cart for next month! 
It says 10 servings, but there are 6 pieces. 3 meals for the two of us for $21. Not bad at all!
