Remote constantly loses connection! Waited for update that was supposed to fix the issue. Download update, issue still exists. Apparently this is a known issue with the latest models and apple has yet to truly fix this. Update wasn’t released until after my return window had expired so now I’m stuck with a defective device until Apple possibly fixes the issue

When I woke up to my Apple TV dead, surely worn out, I immediately ordered a newer model and it hasn’t disappointed! AppleTV helped me cut the cord years ago! I wouldn’t own any other streaming device. I can’t imagine anyone not being pleased with this product. Try it, you’ll love it, too!

If you’re like me, and got tired of dealing with buggy and slow streaming boxes like what Roku and Google offer. Then, Apple TV is for you. The interface is quick and simple to navigate. Even my grandparents had no trouble learning how to use it. All the popular streaming apps are available. You can even game on it with Apple Arcade apps. The price is high compared to the competition. However, it’s worth it. Considering the build quality. The Apple TV and controller are made of quality metals and good hardware. No cheap plastics and slow hardware like with Roku. The biggest issues I do have, is that Apple did not include an HDMI cable. HDMI cables are not expensive. Apple is just being cheap like with their iPhones not including chargers anymore. Also, I don’t understand why the Ethernet port was removed from the base model Apple TV. It’s baloney that you have to pay $20 more just to have a feature that used to be included on every previous Apple TV regardless of price.

I ordered a NEW item here. Instead I got a return. Right away I noticed the packaging already had the famous Apple opening strip was gone. The inside power cord was wadded up, the remote covering was torn. When I hooked it up, it still had the name of the person who owned it before me along with his email address and all the names of his family members. I will be taking it back.

Love everything about it compared to others. This has great quality, ability to access, music, movies, and add news channels to your liking. I am also able to download the fireplace, which is an app so that I can change two different fireplaces, such as the beach, or other areas on the main screen. I recently upgraded to the Apple TV 4K because my old TV's sound quality was lacking, and I wanted a simple solution without the hassle of subwoofers or multiple small speakers with tangled wires. Plus, I was tired of watching shows through my PlayStation. One of the standout features is the ability to connect Bluetooth headphones, including AirPods, which provide amazing sound quality for movies. This setup is perfect for watching films while the kids are asleep or allowing one of us to enjoy a movie while the other takes a call. The combination of Apple TV 4K and HomePod mini has significantly improved our viewing experience without the need for a new TV.

My Samsung tv’s been super glitchy and laggy loading apps. I had a Roku stick but it almost just as slow loading into apps like Netflix and MAX.. This apple TV changed the game and I’m able to load the game on with no problem! I know it’s pricey, but saved me a ton of money from replacing an expensive TV instead!

Just buy it. Don’t even think about it anymore part with you cash and enjoy it. The processor is amazing. I have used the tv apps on Samsung tv, I’ve used fire stick and google chrome cast and the Roku. This blows all of them out of the water way better picture better WiFi connection etc.. literally night and day

So easy to use, especially if you are part of the Apple system. But even if you are not, it is a great system. Unlike the other streaming boxes/services, there are no ads, no crap on the home screen, no misleading on whether or not a movie or show is part of your subscriptions, the home screen is clean without fluff or ads....just the tiles for your favorite apps. It plays 4K material beautifully and you can use ethernet if you want for the best connection, although it works well on Wifi also. It's What's Up service will show you what show or movie is coming up and what service it is on and it works with with most of the major services at no extra cost. I love all my Apple TVs.
