Arrived damaged. The shelves are pretty flimsy sheet metal, so it's no wonder why it was bent.

We bought one 9/2025. Then went back and bought another and they were on sale. Now we want another! Hope we get another sale soon! The only thing I wish it had was a smoother shelf. So I lined it with a sheet of painted white plywood.unable to share photos.

This was a nightmare to assemble due to manufacturing defects. One of the four corner pieces was twisted so badly it took over 30 minutes to bend and jury rig it so that the cross bar would slip into the anchoring holes, resulting in the powder coat being damaged so badly that the shelf looks like cheap crap. Fortunately it is in the garage so cosmetic appeal isn't terribly important, but it's extremely annoying. If it was not so heavy (we had it delivered) I would have returned it, but as it is, we'll live with it and never purchase something like this again from Sams Club.

This is a really nice shelf unit that worked great in my garage. It’s quite sturdy and easy to assemble for the most part. The cross beams prevent shelf sagging as well. My main gripe is the very nice powder coat finish isn’t perfect out of the box and easily chips during assembly. If you don’t mind that, then it’s a great set.

The frame was bent and associates wouldn’t help me with the issue, the other 3 racks I purchased are great.

Great shelving unit. Heavy duty. Will definitely need help putting together as it takes two people to assemble.

These shelves are the best. They hold 16 crates. They just look good and are very sturdy. Easy to put up.

These racks are amazing. Already had three and got two more. They fit so much stuff and look good while doing it.

Ordered to set up in husband's workshop. Strong. Sturdy. Feels durable. He is organizing his shop now. I need to order a couple more shelves just like this. 👍
