Love it very nice and can hold what I need it to. But I got it shipped to my house and it came damaged. There was multiple parts bent badly that it was impossible to put it together correctly. I ended up using a hammer to rebind the pieces

Broken in box, Box looked completely fine after driving home for an hour and half opened the box and the main pole was comoletely bent. Sam's customer support so far is taking forever to answer the phone. Good luck!

Not happy, the display is not the same color as the product in the box, or the same color of the shelving unit we purchased from Sam’s previously. We went to two Sam’s, they no longer have the same color as the display on their shelf.

Shelf is very heavy duty and easy to assemble. The ease of ability to set the height of the shelves was extremely helpful. Price was great and beat all competitors. These units are heavy so the pick up at the door was awesome.

No complaints about this shelving unit! Very well made, sturdy, and great size! Honestly it was easier to put together than it was to get out of the box!

Similar shelf to the Husky brand, say, you'd find at Home Depot (there are other similar brands). This Member's Mark shelf has better connectors for the shelves and bracing than competitors, making it much easier to assemble/dissemble.

It's a big and heavy box, but packed well and without damage. Fairly easy to assemble, but suggesting it's a tool-less assembly isn't quite right... you will need a rubber mallet to nudge some of the shelves into place.

SHEVEL ARE NOT AS GOOD AS UNITS THEY CHANGED FROM BUT THE WORK JUST HAD 4 BOXS DAMAGED AND HAS BEEN HARD TO GET THEM TO SEND REPLACEMENT PARTS HAD TO TALK TO SOME ONE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND WAS HARD TO UNDER STAND THEM
