Got this for my 12 year old and 5 year old to use. It easily adjusts and is a great addition to our yard.

Great hoop pretty easy to put together, the only problem when installing into th4e cement, the screws kept bending in so the top above the cement was tilting out. We ended up having to put the bottom portion of the pole on just to keep them semi straight and then we couldn't take it off because they were bent out and we would strip the screws. We had to build it standing up because of that.

Bought this for my Grandchildren it is labor intensive to put together but a nice quality product when finished

I bought a tempered glass hoop system about a month ago. I came outside one morning and it was shattered. I have no idea why or how but I imagine it was something on the mischievous side. I called up lifetime directly to see if they would allow me to just order the backboard. I didn’t expect anything to be under warranty because I don’t know how it happened. They let me know what I already knew by telling me there isn’t a warranty on the glass. Then they proceeded to ship me a new one as long as I paid shipping. Again I wasn’t asking or expecting this. I will not buy a basketball goal from another company.

I never installed an in-ground basketball goal before and I was worried about doing this one, but it was fairly easy to do with help from my brother. It works great and the kids love it. Only issue was the glass backboard frame protector had a dent in the plastic which was no big deal but life time replaced the piece with no issues.

We bought this and have really enjoyed using it kids and adults alike…the adjustable crank broke and we called Lifetime and they replaced it for free! Would highly recommend this system and Lifetime. Our customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to using this product for many years.

Directions were clear and I used both booklet and YT video. Impressive curb appeal when all said and done. No complaints so far. You can assemble it mostly by yourself until you need to attach the backboard and lift it up into place. Comes in 1 box. Just level out your concrete plate and the rest will level out when installing - no need to monkey with the nuts. Only concern or curiosity I have is bolt AEO on the base plate has no instructions for final assembly. Not sure the purpose of it. Post does have wobble after shots but this does not affect the game. It’s awesome and a lot of fun.

excited about the hoop, poured concrete and set anchor. Did assembly 1 week later, but got to step 4 for handle assembly and found out the 1 bolt does not have threads so couldn't go any further. So Stopped, emailed Lifetime, and now is waiting for replacement part....

The net was installed as per the instruction. Others have reviewed this saying it was wobbly. I took the chance thining it would be better than our movable one. This is significantly worse. The product looks nice, instruction were decent, but it shakes for atleast 30 seconds after every shot. Everyone that comes over to use it has noticed it. Terrible product

Although put together per instructions and kids are way too short to touch rim, much less hang on rim, the glass broke on its own. The wind should not have been a factor.
