Michelin tires have been my choice for our family of Honda & Acura vehicles. They are a safe tire. We have never had a blow out or tire problem of any sort. It gives you a comfortable feeling when traveling knowing that your tires are the last thing that you need to worry about.

Living in an area with some winter weather (snow and ice) I prefer an A/S tire vs a maximum performance tire. As usual, Michelin did not let me down. While I don't track the car I do drive fast. I recently was timed at 152 mph and the car felt stable and responsive. There was more speed left but I chickened out. Tires always felt stable, were reasonably quiet, and wear better than expected. Driving a 500 HP AMG, I expected to get about 10,000 miles out of the rears. I am now at 10,000 miles and I SAFELY have 5-10,000 miles left on them.

I have run these tires on my mustang for 2 summers. Never abused with low km's. Tires are all nearly at the wear bars but even worse is that all 4 have a bad hop to them..so bad you can even see it on the balance machine. Steering wheel shakes like crazy on the highway. Never buying Michelin again.

Purchased the Pilot Sport A/S 3 for my Saab Aero Anniversary Editon convertible. Previous tires were not Michelin's and had cupping and the cord was being exposed. Researched many tire options and decided to go with the Michelin's. The first and most obvious difference was reduction of road noise followed by a very smooth ride. Traction on dry roads is as excellent as I expected from an ultra performance tire. Still waiting for some wet weather to test these tires otherwise my rating would be a solid 5. So far, very pleased with the purchase, driving is fun again.

Finally got a set of these on my C6 to replace the worn out oem tires. I took actual decibel level readings with the old tires and with the new A/S 3's and found average noise level dropped 5-9 decibels on the same roadway and same speed. Definitely a smoother ride as well. Traction in heavy rain is incredible. I wish this new Pilot Sport A/S3 had been out last year .

First Impressions. Just purchased 4 Pilot A/S 3's for my '06 Corvette, Immediately noticed the harshness of the ride was gone, how much more quite the interior was. True I only drove 50 miles on county roads and no interstates. Will see how things go in a couple of thousand miles.

I recently purchased a set of pilot sport as 3 tires from a local retailer. They looked great when I put them on my car. They sound quiet on the road and have literally transformed the ride that the car provides. It makes the brakes work better, and saw a gain in mpg. Even my wife likes driving the car now. She has been fighting me for the keys. Funny thing is she has a set of Michelin's on her car. Guess she prefers the fact that my wagon handles like a go cart with the new lowered suspension and that these awesome tires have been installed. She even said that she can embarrass other more expensive sports cars, which gets her excited. Of course still obeying the posted speed limits.

I'd like to start off by stating two things: first, I drive A LOT (upwards of 40k miles a year) and second, I am the most passive, relaxed driver ever- no hard cornering, no hard braking, no hard acceleration, I'm basically a grandpa behind the wheel. I bought these tires to replace the OEM tires (not Michelin) that came with my car that needed replacing after just 26,000 miles hoping to get some longevity and slightly improved handling. At first, I was IN LOVE with them; there was added stability on the highway, they were quieter than the old tires, I felt safe, and they got me through the snow of a Utah winter without any fuss. This past Saturday, I had my tires rotated and found out that two are down to 5/32 and the other two are down to 4/32. These tires are 2 and 3/32 of an inch away from being to the wear bars after just...wait for it...19,000 miles. I bought these tires last September, and they are about already worn, not to mention reduced my MPG average by about 4 per tank...that's almost 60 miles less per tank than I was getting before. I am so disappointed in Michelin. These tires haven't even made it through half of their rated milage and will probably need replacing around 32,000 miles, a whopping 13,000 less than their warranty. Michelin doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy. They look nice and that's about it.

I BOUGHT MY FIRST MICHELIN TIRE FOR MY CADILLAC IN 1985 AND HAVE BEEN BUYING THEM SINCE THEN FOR ALL MY VEHICLES. EVEN WHEN I PURCHASE A NEW CAR, I CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR THE ORIGINAL TIRES OUT SO I CAN REPLACE THEM WITH MICHELINS. THE MICHELINS ARE SO MUCH SMOOTHER, QUITER, AND BETTER TRACTION IN WET WEATHER. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO TO MAKE A GREAT TIRE EVEN GREATER.

I just recently purchased a 2004 BMW 330Ci and the tires are one of the first things I always replace. It's been only a month since the replacement, so not much I can really say except, immediately I noticed a quieter ride, little to no road noise inside the car. The handling is nice but I haven't really stress tested the tires because of the short amount of time I have owned the tires, thus the 4-Star rating, which I'm sure will be upgraded once I've had more time with the tires. I have always preferred Michelin tires for all my cars since 1988 and it seems this tradition will continue.
