I'm not one that loves gel an soft mattresses but this one is different. It's a firm, strong type of soft. The comfort is amazing. This is definitely a winner. It 12 in so its thick but my sheets fit it fine. No slip offs and the coverings is not too short. I believe this mattress was made especially for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product of Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress from tryitsampling and it's really nice. It came in a box and all you need to do is unfold it and let it expand. It make take a few hours to raise the total 12 inch. I love memory foam mattresses and I was happy to see this one is a plush mattress. What is means medium. Not firm, no soft. Right in between what it's perfect. This one also has a gel memory in the top for cooling what it's very nice. The quilt look is beautiful. You also need a platform or a box spring for this matress. I cannot give an opinion on how long this matress will last, but it has a 10 year warranty and in comparison with my king bed that is a plush memory foam as well it's matching high standards. Memory foam mattress are the best investment and this brand its has a good price. Thanks to this opportunity, I got to improve our guest room from full size to Queen and with an awesome matress. I can't be happier.

We had a high-priced memory foam mattress before and this member’s mark mattress is better. It came vacuum packed and unfurling it was easy. There was no weird smell and it became its normal size within a matter of minutes, not hours. I would not hesitate to buy this mattress and am now campaigning to my husband to ge the king size one as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

I came across this mattress and decided it has everything I was looking for. I assure you I'm not disappointed. It was easy to set up, it's extremely comfortable. I couldn't be happier. I bought it to replace my very comfortable conventional mattress that I have had for almost 10 years. I wasn't sure that this one would be as comfortable but I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first experience with this type of mattress so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is very soft and comfortable, but also firm enough to provide a great night of sleep without tossing and turning. It has nice support for my lower back which has reduced the normal morning pains that I have had in the past. This is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone.
