I jjust purchased the Hotel queen 12” gel foam mattress yesterday. I didn’t know I wasn’t suppose to sleep on it until 24 hrs later. Anywho, I slept very well. THUMBS UP on this product. I didn’t know anything abt foam mattresses. Lol

Brought it home Saturday, only the 3rd night in it but it has a really unpleasant odor. Please tell me the smell goes away. Comfortable mattress for the price but hard to say I'm happy so far.

This mattress is to soft for me. I will go back to the Serta sleep to go luxury edition as that is nice and firm. I would think that this bed would need to be replaced in less than two years

For the price you cant really complain but, super firm mattress not comfortable feel every single movement of partner. Sleeps HOT and is giving us both shoulder, hip and back pain.

Very comfortable bed to sleep on. After the second night I realized it was softer than I needed my bed to be. Other than that its a great buy. If you need something right away like I did. Furniture stores are on back order.

At first the mattress was comfortable, but that only lasted a few months. After a year or so, the mattress has started to lose shape and I have been noticing the lack of quality sleep.

Bought one on a Sat , loved it so much bought a second one the next day. . Loved the firmness. Unfortunately , the second one was way softer. Didn’t like it.

I ordered this mattress which stated free shipping for plus, which I am, ordered a plush and it ended costing over $25.00 for shipping, a classic bait and switch.

This mattress stinks! Bought for my toddler’s upgrade to a big boy bed and the small is just horrible. It smells like plastic! Can smell from the hallway it’s so bad. Has been open and airing out for two days and not any better. Will be going back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a few different memory foam mattresses at this point, and the problem with some of them is that they are too soft and don't offer any real support through the night. This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.
