Sofa is great but the recliners are not working

I bought this on 12/7 and during the assembly we found that the recliners are not working properly and seems to be defective. Have requested to replace the defective item with the delivery company, Sams and Abbyson but no response yet. Its a bad customer service and if this doesn't get replaced in next couple of weeks I prefer to return this item.

Falling apart after 18 months

Was great at first. Chaise lounge recliner won't stay up. Slowly reclines if you put any weight on it. The pleather has peeled off considerably. Even in places where no one sets often at all. Just started after the year warranty went out. It looks horrible now. I'm embarrassed and share my story to anyone who comes over and sees it and warn them before purchasing furniture at sam's club. We purchased it around February 2020. Everyone that sees it is shocked and is convinced that Sam's club would make it right, but I'm so frustrated I just want to toss it to the curb.
