great buy!

The sectional looks great, is comfortable and durable enough for my kids to use it as a trampoline. I would buy a second one for the basement, but we really need a hide-a-bed down there.

Oh, this sounds like a delivery damage issue. Because the item travelled far to get to you, it could have endured damage on the way. Replacing the one broken piece is VERY easy, and can be done within a week or so. Please reach out so we can get this resolved! You do not need to return the whole set.
