Luckily sams club is going to refund me and pick it up. It’s cheap, chaise arm flopping off within two weeks. Literally stapled together!!

I love this sectional - bought in June 2017 and the pull to recline stopped working on inner recliner- is there a way to get this repaired?

Bought this about 2 months ago and LOVE it! It is so comfortable in our family room and plenty of room for everyone. 3 reclining areas too!

Guess this is a nice sectional if you are sure this is what you want. It is rather large and we don't really like the chaise lounge as it is really just in the way all the time and you can't move it out of the way since it is attached. You are really stuck with the layout. I'm really bummed as just isn't working for our setup but if you like the layout then I think it is a good piece of furniture especially when you get it on sale.

I purchased this couch because the good reviews outweighed the bad ones. I always like to wait and write reviews, to make sure the product holds up unfortunately this couch is already broken! The couch is very pretty and comfortable BUT the recliner opposite of chaise is already broken! Below is the email sent on 6/21 and I have not received any resolution! I noticed they seem to be very attentive to the reviews here so now I am writing in hopes to receive some type of resolution! However recently I noticed the recliner opposite of the chase lounge seems to be broken. It leans to the left and when you attempt to close the recliner when you get up, it will not close right. It will not close until you get up and close it and even then it will not close smoothly: Please let me know what we can do to make this right? Below is a screen shot of my invoice.

We had the sofas for about 3 months. The delivery service and set up process went great. We love our new sectionals. They are big and comfy. There are no complaints over here.

The right arm facing recliner ( or the chaise) wouldn't spring back, need to replaced again. I had a replacement order of the the same piece in November of last year when I found the same problem during delivery. it was quickly replaced. The customer service was great. The replacement piece is always slightly off position from the beginning, we decide not seat on that piece that much because we have a small family, and we also put the the sectional in a way so that the right arm facing recliner ( or the chaise) won't be used often. Now the situation is getting worse, even a little press will cause the recliner to flat down, and it won't bounce back. I just filed a claim by sending email to samsclub@abbysonliving.com, hope it will be resolved as last time because it's still in the 1-year warranty period.
