Missing pieces

we love the couch but it is missing the back of the console and it looks like we aren't the first for this to happen to I have contacted sams club twice

Hello and thank you for your review! This is a simple fix, as the piece is not missing, it is located inside the bottom of the console for transit! Poor quality

We only had couch a few months and something inside has broke. Its like you sink in the back of the couch. I wish we would have got something that would have lasted longer.

Terrible Quality-Broke in 3 months

This is the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Within 3 months the side arm broke, the pull-lever snapped and the fake leather finish separated and tore on one of the seats. Beware!
