We bought this couch about 5 months ago. After a couple weeks into owning it, the back support in one of the recliners snapped in half. I contacted the manufacturer about this and my request fell on deaf ears, therefore I had to install a new piece of wood, which now makes it uncomfortable. The chaise back piece makes a loud cracking sound, which sounds like it’s about to break in half as well, so we don’t sit in that for fear of it breaking. Just recently, the steel pull-cable for one of the recliners breaking apart and the handle is now hanging on by a thread, literally. We should’ve saved our money and put it towards a more rigid, higher quality couch.

Great sectional, we searched at all the local furniture stores looking for a reasonable price sectional with leather match and even the one we saw for over $3000.00 cause not compare, we purchase this online without really seeing it but compared it with the other seen by size and quality. We were so surprised when it arrived by the quality of leather and you can not tell were the bonded leather leaves off and the leather match start nice heavy pieces well made quality sectional, recliners work great even the chaise is a recliner.

We purchased this sectional in October 2016. While it was nice looking and comfortable at that time, after only 2 years the "leather" material started peeling off in some areas. At this point, almost all of the sectional has bare areas, especially along the seams on the seats and on the headrests of the recliners. While I understand that some wear with regular use is to be expected, I feel that this level is unacceptable for a nearly $2000 piece of furniture. I've had $300 sectionals from discount stores that held up better than this. Very disappointed in the poor quality!

Was great at first. Chaise lounge recliner won't stay up. Slowly reclines if you put any weight on it. The pleather has peeled off considerably. Even in places where no one sets often at all. Just started after the year warranty went out. It looks horrible now. I'm embarrassed and share my story to anyone who comes over and sees it and warn them before purchasing furniture at sam's club. We purchased it around February 2020. Everyone that sees it is shocked and is convinced that Sam's club would make it right, but I'm so frustrated I just want to toss it to the curb.

I 100% agree with some of the poor reviews on here. This piece was the worst furniture purchase I have also ever made. The peeling off of the material after only 18 months is accurate. What a mess of a decision this was. Embarrassing yes to have anyone see this couch. We both work 40+ hours and barely ever sit on it and it’s deteriorating DONT RECOMMEND THIS

I received the couch a week ago and it's actually a lot bigger than I thought it was! The people who delivered it were very nice and set up the couch and took the boxes away for us. I was surprised with the quality being so good for the cost of the couch. Very happy with this purchase!

Bought on deep sale before Christmas. I was afraid I was going to mind the leather gel, but it looks and feels better than I expected. Seats are all very comfortable. Seems sturdy, though we haven't had it long. Arrived undamaged and pieces all fit together well.

Love the sofa, recommended to our friends. However, the recliner linkage from the handle is not made to last. I have had to adjust both recliners latching system in the 8 months we owned it. The leather itself is comfortable and durable. We have a dog and two teenagers, and so far there is not a mark on the sofa. Added bonus is that there are multiple configurations to the sectional so it is easy to configure to the room.

It started off when I bought this that I was upset because they dumped all the furniture in the middle of my driveway and left but I overlooked it because I was kind of excited about getting new furniture. I was so happy when I got the furniture it’s beautiful it looks perfect in my house… But 18 months later it’s starting to fall apart where it’s use the most. I wish I could just replace the one seat that’s bad hopefully the others will last longer. Can’t upload photo - files too big

I bought this sectional last year and have been extremely satisfied. First time buying a couch on-line but I knew Sam's Club would let me return if unhappy. No need, we love it! Delivery was great and they set it where and how I wanted it. It's so comfortable. I like the cup holder and storage for our remotes. The leather is easy to wipe and keep clean. We keep getting compliments on it when guests are over. We've added throw pillows and blankets for extra coziness. Our family enjoys this couch so much and each have our "perfect" spot.
