Great meat and love the box portions

Great meat we ordered 2 cases earlier this year and we cut each loin into 3 sections to freeze. Last us about 6 months for a family of 6. Great price and flavor. I usually crockpot and shred it or use it on the Smoker. Disappointed that I can not order online for in store pick up.

Inflation management

I have purchased this multiple times. Many are complaining about the fat. Fat is necessary for flavor and tenderness. Remove it after it's cooked, not before and you will have a very tender and flavorful piece of pork. Cut your own chops, sear in a frying pan and then bake, covered, for tender chops that cut with a fork and melt in your mouth. Throw a chunk (roast size) of it in the Crock-Pot then shred with 2 forks or one of those ground beef choppers, add bbq sauce for the best BBQ sandwiches ever. Cut it into chunks for a pork stew with veggies and seasonings ( suggestion: a packet of ranch seasoning, a packet of Italian dressing mix and a packet of brown gravy mix). My family's favorite- Cut into chunks, add banana pepper rings and a homemade ranch seasoning mix that doesn't contain dairy or starch (easy to find, simple recipes online) and pressure can ** not pressure cook** in pint or quart jars according to USDA guidelines for shelf stable and mouth watering Mississippi pork roast. There are so many things you can do with this that not only helps with your budget in these inflationary times we are in, but will also become family favorites. Of course, you can also cut to your preferences (ie, roast, chops, chunks, ground etc) and freeze it too.
