Purchased a bulk box due to price. I like to slice some of the loins into chops/steaks and freeze for a later quick meal on the grill. Also delicious slow cooked in a crock pot or oven for delicious shredded pork. I also use for pork tamales.

Bought for Thanksgiving. Second time to buy this and won't be the last.

Used for pork chops, made Canadien bacon out of the rest.
