If you are purchasing center cut pork chops, just buy a whole pork loin and cut it yourself. You'll save some cash. You can also cut them as thin or as thick as you would like.

These pork loins were fresh! Great quality meat for an affordable price. I smoked them on the pellet smoker and got rave reviews from the party guests!

This whole boneless pork loin is an amazing buy. The meat is incredibly fresh, lean, and high quality. Because it's a whole loin, it's incredibly versatile—I love being able to portion it out myself into custom-thickness chops, roasts, or strips. It cooks up perfectly tender and juicy every time. It's a fantastic value for the price, and I will definitely continue to buy this for our family meals!

The case that I received was 44 pounds. I cooked it all as pulled pork, and had to do it in 2 batches. I used my foodsaver to seal each loin with the rub spices, and my husband and son massaged the spices into the meat. I put half in the fridge and half in the freezer. I cooked for 18 hours per batch at 275 degrees, after marinating overnight. Once done I sealed into meal sized packages with the foodsaver. The meat is lean and I didn't find any gristle. Great value.

The product is produced by Tyson and is a quality item. It's easy to slice the pork loins into whatever you want--boneless pork chops, pork roasts, and they're perfect for curing and smoking for Canadian bacon or smoked pork chops. If you don't have one, get a quality vacuum sealer and fill up your freezer.

Great value in this pork loin, can cut into individual chops or my favorite -pork tenderloin roasts seasoned and baked or grilled.

It was a great price!!! I cut it up into one small pork roast, some thin slices for tenderloins, And the rest into thick IOWA chops. I can't believe people will pay so much extra for boneless porkchops cut up and packed.

Meat is good. I try to pick ones with less fat on the back of the loin. In my opinion it needs to be trimmed. It's a good price. I cut chops out of some of it and cut up the rest in portions for my cat. Minus the fat. Cheaper than cat food and good raw protein.

I cook boneless pork loins at least once per month. Usually I'll buy a half-loin at ALDI, but this time I decided to purchase several whole ones (packaged together) at Sam's. I prepared it as usual, but the result was disappointing. The meat was very tough and hard to chew. I wish that I could returned the unused (2nd) loin, but the package was already opened. The ALDI product is consistently good. The Sam's one --- I'll not be buying it again.

I personally could not choak it down. Made it in the Crockpot and it was tender, but I just couldn't eat it. Maybe I would try it as a pork chop next time, but doubt I will buy.
