I ordered this romaine lettuce this morning 3/2/26 and it was delivered this afternoon by a Sams driver. Anybody can see it is old and out of date! Expired 2/23/26. Why is it being delivered today me when it’s over a week out of date?? Sams has to do better!!

Why are the heads so much smaller these days? It seems like the lettuce is getting smaller and smaller.

I’ve bought Sam’s hearts of romaine before and been pleased with it. Maybe it’s the time of year, but this package was bitter.

i did curve pick up and i was giving a pack that had 3 rotten ones i had no time to go in the store to return since i was going camping..

The romaine lettuce has been horrible for months. I just keep trying it, and it all ends up the same. Pull a few leaves off and then it looks rusty.

I always expect to throw away outer leaves on Romaine. I threw away almost all six. It was a pickup. Go inside and pick your own produce.

Great lettuce at a great price! I buy a bag every other week and it last as long I rinse it as I need it. Keep the rinsed lettuce separated.

Usually the six-pack of Romaine lettuce is a good deal. This last package was opened immediately and the contents were found to be old, “rusty,” discolored, and wilted. At least half of the package had to be tossed.

As I often find with Sam's Club produce, this was already starting to go bad upon purchase. There were some leaves that were starting to mold and some withered leaves as well.

Very fresh and lasts a very long time! I believe it is because they put extra care into the packaging. They keep that crunch Romaine lettuce should have for a salad
