The 6 pack of Romaine Hearts from Sam's is a staple at our house - however, this time we opted for a delivery of our order, instead of curbside pick-up; very convenient on a busy day for us ... Unfortunately, the 6 pack of Romaine Hearts in this delivery was very sub-standard vs. what we have received in the past; whether curbside pick-up or going into the store to shop %26 pick ourselves ... This 6 pack had extremely small %26 loosely leaved Romaine heads in it - I would have never picked this particular package for myself - %26 unfortunately thought it could be easily addressed with a phone call ... Nope, Sam's AI (Artificial Ignorance) says item can't be returned nor can a credit be issued, %26 you'd be on terminal hold to speak to a human; that would probably fix this immediately ... This is ridiculous, as I thought a quick phone call would have gotten an apology, %26 probably a credit for the sub-standard item ... Shame on Sam's for treating a good %26 loyal customer this way - whoever picked this pack of lettuce needs to go, %26 it should have been caught "before" being loaded up for delivery to a customer ... But, I guess it's somehow "my fault" for not checking the order ????? NEVER AGAIN, really disappointing Sam's Club - let the buyer beware ...
