Always fresh at my club. Price is very inconsistent unfortunately. Has gone up in price considerably so it's not worth it to buy from Sam's at this time.

Last two bags of romaine (Pacific brand)have been HORRIBLE! I have never had lettuce with so much dirt and grit. I wash it and spin it and there is still tons of grit on it. I have never had this issue with lettuce before, not sure where this lettuce is grown — on a sandy beach?????

Great for salads, sandwiches, etc. Fresh and delicious. Lasted well thru week. No waste.

Last time I bought some had so much fruit flys and bugs on them had to trash all of it...

Opened lettuce and product was discolored and slimy. Old product. Picked up thru curbside.

This stuff was horrible no matter how thorough I washed it. Extremely bitter. Had to feed it to the chickens.

I always buy may be twice a month. it used to be 3.49 now price went up. As always this product is very economical to buy in Sams.

The past few times the lettuce has been old with mildew type rot in center leafs. White milky subsance when you cut the base off.

We added some iceberg lettuce with the romaine and red onion,cheese , pimentos, oil and red wine vinegar this was a SUPER SALAD!!!
