2 of the hearts were bad and the rest went quickly because if this. This has happened the past 2 times. All other times previously has been great, not sure what changed.

Dissapointed lately! Used to like this product. Last few purchases were not fresh and rotting from the inside out. Could not tell until I opened the bag.

Romaine lettuce is much healthier than Iceberg. This is an excellent value, but you got to make plans to use all 6 hearts in short order. I can usually make them last 7-10 days

It's the best lettuce, I can eat it as a snack by itself, price is affordable. But lately the lettuce is small and deteriorates fast. I prefer only this for my salads

Make sure you count the heads before you buy it. Package says there are six, but mine only came with five. Plus, they were pretty dirty. Something I would expect from a farmer's market.

Always fresh at my club. Price is very inconsistent unfortunately. Has gone up in price considerably so it's not worth it to buy from Sam's at this time.

Never had a bad batch from Sam's Club. My trick for fresh produce, I keep out 3 heads for the week and vacuum pack the other 3 in reusable sous vide bags (they're like Ziploc bags but with a vacuum pump seal).

Yes, lettuce has flavor and this new brand has none. It tastes more like iceberg lettuce. I hope the old brand Taylor Farms is being brought back and its just a stocking issue.

I've bought this lettuce plenty of times and I am always pleased with the quality. Also, I've never experienced a recall from this brand as I have with other Romaine lettuces so that's good too!

Just bought a bag of this and despite looking good on the parts you can, once home the entire top of each lettuce was rotted through and dead bugs under the leaves. Suoer disappointed.
