I love these. Takes only a few minutes to rehydrate. I bought a huge box and rehydrated the whole box. When we didn’t need all of them, I froze smaller portions in zip lock bags. Now I have the perfect portion for the two of us. They cook up perfectly. Never mushy.

I read other reviews and purchased it online ...my local club doesn't carry this product and they should it's wonderful..I've used it for all types of side dishes its easy to prep(one to one ratio hot water to product) I add onion powder etc and I've even used it as a quiche pie shell family loves it! Don't hesitate to buy its worth every penny!

These taste good, they last a long time, and they are easier to work with than frozen hash browns. No mess, no splatter. I use them in omelettes, casseroles and as a side dish. I’m glad they are back. I didn’t see them for over a year, so it was a pleasant surprise that they were available again.

Been using this product for years, so easy, more economical than frozen. Consistent quality. If you order online, don't order with something heavy (say, a gallon of liquid) - it may get boxed together & it will get crushed, leaving you with lots of potato dust instead of hash browns.

If you like your hash browns on the crispy side this definitely is for you. Where have these been all my cooking life? Haha these hash browns are really easy to cook and taste great. Use only what you need and they can be used in recipes that call for shredded potatoes which makes these convenient too. If you have not tried these you’re missing out..

I like these because they last on the shelf a long time. I also like them because they they are good as the frozen kind after I soak them in water to get hydrated again. I make cheesy hash brown casserole with them and everyone loves it. So if you want to make copy cat Cracker Barrel hash browns then this product is perfect.

Love these! Very convenient and easy to make. Simply pour the amount of servings into a bowl and add the equal amount of hot water, let it sit for about 15 minutes, drain water, and cook! Come out equal to the frozen and homemade without all the work and time involved! Added plus..taste GREAT! Also, these store nicely in my pantry..no refrigeration or freezer needed! YAY!

This is a great value for the money! They are easy to prepare - just pour out what you want in a measuring cup, cover with the correct amount of hot water and wait ~15 minutes, then cook. We look for these every time we visit Sam's. If you love hash browns, then you should love these.

Could not find them in our local Club. Not sure why since they have had them for quite some time. We do Hash Browns for Breakfast with all kinds of toppings, etc. fairly often. These are The Best and easy to prepare quickly. Will keep buying them as long as we can find them!

YUM, love these. Takes about 10 mins to hydrate using very hot water. While hydrating, I season with garlic and pepper, pan fry onions and peppers in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). Once browned, I drain any water that may be in the potatoes, drop on top of onions and peppers, turn heat to med high, flip a few times...DONE!!!
