I love cooking with this product! I had always purchased frozen hash browns prior to trying these dehydrated hash browns. I use a little extra water to rehydrate, make sure they’re dry before cooking on a flattop griddle. Cook them in butter on one side ONLY until that side is as crisp as you like it makes these even better than my local diner! These are great as a side dish for pork or steak too. And can’t beat the price!

I like these because they last on the shelf a long time. I also like them because they they are good as the frozen kind after I soak them in water to get hydrated again. I make cheesy hash brown casserole with them and everyone loves it. So if you want to make copy cat Cracker Barrel hash browns then this product is perfect.

I love these. Takes only a few minutes to rehydrate. I bought a huge box and rehydrated the whole box. When we didn’t need all of them, I froze smaller portions in zip lock bags. Now I have the perfect portion for the two of us. They cook up perfectly. Never mushy.

I use these every month for community church breakfast and had been buying them at the Sam's Club in Sherman, Tx. however during remodel some whiz kid decieded not to restock these hash browns, I can order them online but would much pick them up while I'm them getting rest of supplies, sure wish you would reconsider and restock them in store.

So many uses for this product, no peeling and grating, just soak in hot water and use in frittata or burrito or latkes or hash browns. Great for camping or emergency preparedness. I even use them dried for pet treats. They store well in cereal container in the pantry, nice to always have them on hand and they stay fresh for So long.

I really like these hash browns. I nuke a measuring cup with the water I need to just below boiling, 2 minutes for half a cup, then I add the potatoes and if I'm feeling frisky I'll add minced onion. Fry 'em up with butter and they are better then frozen.

I NEVER imagined dehydrated hashbrowns could taste so good AND be so easy to prepare! The shreds contain salt and really doesn't require any more salt, for our taste anyway. Quick brown up & GOOD!! My country pantry ALWAYS has these stocked up for those big family breakfasts or the quick Papa & Nana breakfasts.

Great item and wonderful to take along when we're camping. Only complaint (and reason for the 4-star rating) is you used to offer in a smaller 8-carton case which was really fantastic because you just grab one off the shelf and you're good to go. Now I have to measure out the # of servings I want to fix and can be inconvenient.

Love these! Very convenient and easy to make. Simply pour the amount of servings into a bowl and add the equal amount of hot water, let it sit for about 15 minutes, drain water, and cook! Come out equal to the frozen and homemade without all the work and time involved! Added plus..taste GREAT! Also, these store nicely in my pantry..no refrigeration or freezer needed! YAY!

Been using this product for years, so easy, more economical than frozen. Consistent quality. If you order online, don't order with something heavy (say, a gallon of liquid) - it may get boxed together & it will get crushed, leaving you with lots of potato dust instead of hash browns.
