These taste good, they last a long time, and they are easier to work with than frozen hash browns. No mess, no splatter. I use them in omelettes, casseroles and as a side dish. I’m glad they are back. I didn’t see them for over a year, so it was a pleasant surprise that they were available again.

A very quick side dish, breakfast and a topping for Shepards Pie. I also use left over mashed potatoes, an egg, chopped or dehydrated onion flakes, and Idaho Spuds for potato pancakes... I like that I can make a single serving for myself when I'm craving hashbrowns.

I like these because they last on the shelf a long time. I also like them because they they are good as the frozen kind after I soak them in water to get hydrated again. I make cheesy hash brown casserole with them and everyone loves it. So if you want to make copy cat Cracker Barrel hash browns then this product is perfect.

I was hesitant to buy hash browns like these because they are dried, in a box. I have always used hash brown patties to serve with my eggs benedict but after the pandemic those became sparse. The bags of shredded hash browns in the freezer section are cumbersome to me because they always freeze in clumps that are a pain to break up. I tried these and was super surprised at how good they are and they last in the pantry for a while, even after opening. Easy to make, they are now my favorite eggs benedict side. Just add equal parts of the potatoes with water and let them sit for 12 minutes, then drain and fry them in olive oil on medium heat until browned to your liking (about 8-10 minutes).

I really like these hash browns. I nuke a measuring cup with the water I need to just below boiling, 2 minutes for half a cup, then I add the potatoes and if I'm feeling frisky I'll add minced onion. Fry 'em up with butter and they are better then frozen.

These are excellent. Many ways to prepare them. No extrea ingredients that alter the flavor. These keep for years but may yellow if kept past the expiration date but the yellowing does not affect the rehydration very much. I will buy these as long as the club offers them.

OMG we purchased these right before COVID struck and kept on hand should it be difficult to go shopping - which it was and everything was bare. My family LOVED these and the product is SO versatile. I was able to cook numerous dishes using these. Super easy to use - soak in water, drain, then use as needed. I made casseroles, hashbrowns, hashbrown breakfast pizzas, soups, potato cakes & more with this product. This is now something that is a staple on my pantry shelf and I always have a spare. Thanks to Covid, we found this gem!

We love these hashbrowns. Our Sam's has been out of them and they haven't been available on line in forever. Finally They were available online so I spent the extra $ and bought two. One week later they were in stock at our store so we bought two more!

This is a great value for the money! They are easy to prepare - just pour out what you want in a measuring cup, cover with the correct amount of hot water and wait ~15 minutes, then cook. We look for these every time we visit Sam's. If you love hash browns, then you should love these.

Tastes just like restaurant hash browns and very easy preparation and cook time. You can add anything you like while cooking and it stores well. With a small family or retired couple like us we can’t use a bag of potatoes before they go bad. These have a great shelf life and if your a person who likes to have food storage for emergencies this is for you.
