This product exceeds all expectations. They are quick and easy to prepare for cooking and cook up to your particular taste easily and are delicious. They also come in smaller boxes but we prefer this lager size because there are just two of us and it makes it easy to adjust your serving size. We are on our 4th or 5th large box I think.

These are excellent. Many ways to prepare them. No extrea ingredients that alter the flavor. These keep for years but may yellow if kept past the expiration date but the yellowing does not affect the rehydration very much. I will buy these as long as the club offers them.

Tastes just like restaurant hash browns and very easy preparation and cook time. You can add anything you like while cooking and it stores well. With a small family or retired couple like us we can’t use a bag of potatoes before they go bad. These have a great shelf life and if your a person who likes to have food storage for emergencies this is for you.

YUM, love these. Takes about 10 mins to hydrate using very hot water. While hydrating, I season with garlic and pepper, pan fry onions and peppers in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). Once browned, I drain any water that may be in the potatoes, drop on top of onions and peppers, turn heat to med high, flip a few times...DONE!!!

I like these because they last on the shelf a long time. I also like them because they they are good as the frozen kind after I soak them in water to get hydrated again. I make cheesy hash brown casserole with them and everyone loves it. So if you want to make copy cat Cracker Barrel hash browns then this product is perfect.

Requires soaking in water for 10 minutes to re-hydrate before using.

Product is great. Now put the smaller packages on the shelf why don't ya.
