Makes great hash browns. Light & easy to store. Also keep them in my RV for short or long trips.

These are excellent. Many ways to prepare them. No extrea ingredients that alter the flavor. These keep for years but may yellow if kept past the expiration date but the yellowing does not affect the rehydration very much. I will buy these as long as the club offers them.

These are great shelf stable staple to keep on hand. These are so easy to make they are not as good as frozen or fresh but not bad.
