I was real skeptical buying a huge carton of these potatoes, but after reading the reviews, I went for it! These are so convenient to have for a quick fix in the morning. They do only take minutes to reconstitute, but I?ve even tossed them with cold water and microwaved them for 30 seconds and they?re back to their fluffy potato state in that amount of time. I?ve only fried them, so I don?t know how well they hold up in soups and stews, but I?m sure we will try it soon enough. I doubt I ever buy frozen shreds ever again!

I have to admit, I was reluctant, but first taste, after following directions. I have to get two cartons of these in September and I hope, they do delivery. Very simple to do, I just added a few things and they were great. They won't be good, if you don't follow the simple directions.

These really are so easy. What’s even more is they’re delicious. Add a little dried chopped onion & garlic to the hydration process for more flavor. If you can manage to get them while they’re in stock, grab two boxes instead of one. They’re so easy, my kids can do it.

I was reticent to try this product because, after all, how good can dehydrated potatoes be? Despite my misgivings my wife wanted to try this product so she threw it in the shopping cart. I sure am glad she did because we are really enjoying these delicious hash browns. They're really amazing. Just soak them in water for 15 minutes then drain off the water and throw them in the frying pan. We add a little butter or margarine to the pan and they fry up crisply to a beautiful golden brown. The taste is definitely as good or better as any restaurant hash browns I've had, they're absolutely delicious.

These are absolutely the best hash browns ever! Having the boxed dried potatoes saves room in the freezer and in just a few minutes they are rehydrated. I have used them in hashbrown casserole and they work wonderful. I have bought them time and time again.

These cook up nicely and have a great flavor. I eat them several times a week because I enjoy the flavor and ease of cooking them. These are less expensive than the other type Sams carries, but these are MUCH better tasting! I sincerely hope they keep these!

I bought this about a month ago and have them for breakfast so often that i cannot envision ever being without them.. they are super easy to to make -boil a cup of water then add enough hashbrown till they are covered with the water and continue boiling for 30 seconds then tablespoon of butter and cover and let set for a few minutes then fry till crispy..DELICOUS..

We just tried these for the first time. You soak your dehydrated potatoes for 12-15 minutes & then pan fry them. So good and very tasty. We love breakfast suppers when nothing else sounds better. ;) This is a perfect side to any meal. Enjoying these! :)

I bought one of these due to the instant savings. Got home and cooked up some according to the instructions. WOW, this product is very good. Did not even stick to the pan like other hash browns. It cooked up fast after the water addition, but I did use a paper towel to extra dry the potatoes before putting in the pan. I also made sure the pan was heated up before adding the potatoes. They browned and were crispy on outside and very tasty. I went back and got another package of this product. EXCELLENT

I ready purchase these about 2-3 times. Just boil water remove from heat and add the hash browns soak for 12 minutes they swell about 3 times there size. I usually grill some onions first before adding the hash browns salt and pepper. For quick way I fry them in little oil and Add granule onions salt and pepper. I just ran ordering more.
