These hash browns from the states Sams Clubs are great. Breakfast choices on the island of Puerto Rico are very limited. Roadside street food venders closed up by the hundreds after the storm. Someone could start a business primarily using these hash brown potatoes. Since trying the product in the states, I know it is great value and quality, do were it available in the Clubs here, new roadside street vendors would be successful. Sam Walton is a hero of mine and what he did for small businesses in America. Many plan on using all the services provided for businesses at the island Club locations.

I purchased a package of these last trip to Sam's Club. I have purchased a different brand before at Meijer. Taste is good, tweak the cooking instructions to get them as you like them. Easy to portion out...I usually make 1 cup of dry. This is like 3 serving but I think it's one nice size serving. Super simple, soak in hot water for 12 minutes, drain, cook. Does anyone know if these could be split up in mylar bags with an oxygen absorber and sealed for several years of shelf life??
