Does not taste as good as in the past. I’m not sure if this is a different brand or if just a label change but recall past product had seasoning and onion flavor. This is just potatoes. Have to season. However potatoes taste fresh abut plain

Had bought this before a couple of times, but didn’t realize this was one HUGE container, not 8 small individual containers. Bought it online, so just took it back to the store.

love hash browns but a lot of trouble shredding then par boiling, with these you put what you want in a bowl and add warm water let set 15 minutes and fry. I've used them to make shredded potatoes agrauten. great time and work saver.

Nothing against the product. We eaten them before and enjoyed them. However, we had them shipped to us to the container was busted open due to inadequate packing and potatoes spilled out into shipping box, so we threw them away.

I think this is good for young kids. I thought it was the fresh shredded. It's dry and not what I wanted. Oh well. live n learn. Gave it to my cousin's son.

I ready purchase these about 2-3 times. Just boil water remove from heat and add the hash browns soak for 12 minutes they swell about 3 times there size. I usually grill some onions first before adding the hash browns salt and pepper. For quick way I fry them in little oil and Add granule onions salt and pepper. I just ran ordering more.

I was real skeptical buying a huge carton of these potatoes, but after reading the reviews, I went for it! These are so convenient to have for a quick fix in the morning. They do only take minutes to reconstitute, but I?ve even tossed them with cold water and microwaved them for 30 seconds and they?re back to their fluffy potato state in that amount of time. I?ve only fried them, so I don?t know how well they hold up in soups and stews, but I?m sure we will try it soon enough. I doubt I ever buy frozen shreds ever again!

I bought this about a month ago and have them for breakfast so often that i cannot envision ever being without them.. they are super easy to to make -boil a cup of water then add enough hashbrown till they are covered with the water and continue boiling for 30 seconds then tablespoon of butter and cover and let set for a few minutes then fry till crispy..DELICOUS..

I bought one of these due to the instant savings. Got home and cooked up some according to the instructions. WOW, this product is very good. Did not even stick to the pan like other hash browns. It cooked up fast after the water addition, but I did use a paper towel to extra dry the potatoes before putting in the pan. I also made sure the pan was heated up before adding the potatoes. They browned and were crispy on outside and very tasty. I went back and got another package of this product. EXCELLENT

These hashbrowns are perfect! Easy to make and portion. Come out perfect every time! Much better than the frozen version. They have been only available through shipping in my area for the past few weeks. Does this mean they will no longer be available in the stores? PLEASE bring them back!
