It is light, maneuverable and sucks the waste water out of our carpets much more effectively. We are very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using for years to come.

It's a little loud but all carpet cleaners are. Overall very satisfied with how easy it is to use and how well it works on pee stains! Works great on all materials.

I went through the entire apartment and cleaned and the following day the smell was completely gone. My carpets looked fresh, they dried fast, and they felt like new again.

As the owner of an older model Bissel rug cleaner that after many many years, that I just decided to update. I must say I love the newer version with the rotating heads on the front. Excellent idea when you have a dog like mine. I own two dogs and one sheds so bad that you can vacuum and her hair falls off so much that we find hair everywhere no matter what. So having the new rotating heads helps with all of her hair. Plus I love the two water containers. You know that your dirty water is in the bottom and you can empty it directly when it is full. Such great design features on this model. And it cleans so nice. My older baby is 17 now and the accidents are starting to happen. This makes it easy to clean up and does an excellent job.

And we used it after our last foster, a boy who liked to mark his territory. Again-got rid of the smell!! We love it.

Bissell Full Size Carpet Cleaners are great!! Have had one for many years and just got this one as a replacement. Love the lighter weight and excellent power. It really does the job well and cannot say enough good things about these machines. I have carpet in my kitchen that has been there since 1976 and still looks brand new with quarterly cleaning. Real value for the dollar spent.
