[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner. I originally bought the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro Multi Surface. I was so impressed with that machine, I bought the Carpet cleaner as well. Both are outstanding products with the two doodles I have. They have cleaned the floors so well and make the job a lot easier. They are both easy to clean after use as well. I'm very impressed by both machines!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with my shampooer. It works wonderfully. I've shampooed 3 bedrooms, the living room, the couch, the love seat, and the dining room chairs. Even on the heavy dirty cleaning my floors dried in about 2.5 hours. It's light weight, easy to use and has wonderful attachments. My only complaint is how hard it is to get it completely clean of hair and debris from behind the rollers. It's not impossible, it just takes patience and more passes to clear it than the manual says.

We needed to clean our carpets, but a rental was out of the question. I didn't want someone else' stink and germs in our carpet. We have 4 cats, so I needed a great cleaner at a reasonable price. The Bissell delivered beautifully. Assembly was very easy, and the instructions were easy to follow. I expected to have to clean the carpets twice, but one time was all it took to get them clean and fresh. The water stayed hot, so the cleaners worked more effectively. The Bissell cleaners are priced lower than the ones used with the rentals, and I think they work better. The attachments for cleaning upholstery worked great--even on a cat tree. I'm a big fan of Bissell now.

It clogs up with fibers and doesn't suck the water up.

This machine does a great job cleaning. Only downs side is that it is very loud.
