[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched quite a lot before buying this carpet cleaner. I worked better than the ones we rented. It gets very hot. I can't run it for more than ten minutes without letting it cool down. That is the only complaint. Love it.

I've been very careful about cleaning up after them but I swear the BISSEL pet cleaner got more fur up than I've actually had cats! Couldn't recommend it more! The best. And my allergies are so much happier.

This is a carpet cleaner that is very well put together. Easy on the arm and small enough to fit underneath your bed if you live in a small apartment like myself. However, I just got mine, and there is a metallic sound that can be heard minutes after being used. Still, does a fantastic job. Thank you Bissell.

My machine less than a month ago and I have shampooed two Bedrooms and a full sized basement in which my grandchildren had to move in with me temporarily. The basement carpet was pretty bad the bissell pro. CLeaning solution work wonders on the carpet,it looks almost like new,the machine is isn't real heavy it is easy for me to handle I am a 71 year old grandma 142lbs in pretty good shape so it was easy to operate, I did my own assembly and cleaning , I am very pleased with the product

I really liked this carpet cleaner, I don't have a dog but I do have spots. I bought this carpet cleaner to clean my area rug, I wish I had took pictures before and after. Before using it I read comments and watched videos of people using this cleaner, then I gave it a try. This rug had never been cleaned I extracted over ten years of dirt! Next I'll work on my sofa.
