It has been about 6 years since I rented one those cleaners from the grocery store and knew we were past due for a good cleaning. I seen how much the rental prices have jumped since the last time and thought maybe about investing in a cleaner. After watching many reviews and such on YouTube I decided on this model. After using it to clean all the carpet in the house I am so glad I got this. It removed so much more dirt than those rental units I've used before. Sad but true our carpet is 35 years old. This machine made our carpet look new again. Unbelievable. I mean it didn't get the candle wax our daughter spilled over 20 years ago but most of the other stains are gone. We used the Bissell Clean and Refresh cleaning solution and it smelled great and the cleaning power was so much better than the other brands I have used over the years. I already recommended this product to friends and will continue to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the machine a couple of weeks ago. I used it this weekend and my carpet looks incredible. I live in an apartment and of course the quality of carpet is cheaper than contractor grade. This unit was easy and quick to assemble and very lite weight. Super easy to use also. Just make sure your not heavy handed on the spray lever. I got a bit out of hand so it took longer for my carpet to dry. Well worth the money.

Our recent purchase of the the ProHeat 2x Pet Carpet Cleaner was money well spent. The ease and functionality of the cleaner and hand attachments have made a huge difference in the look of our carpets and furniture. WE couldn't be more pleased with this product and would certainly recommend it as a great addition to any home owner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner does a really good job at getting carpets noticeably clean. I give it a 4-star rating only because it's quite difficult to clean the rollers from general debris gathered during the cleaning process. The stiff tool provided to clean under the plastic, which covers the rollers, doesn't get the debris out entirely. I'm concerned that overtime this will emit a musty odor that other carpet cleaners are known to acquire also. I've attempted to retract the rollers in order to clean them however, this doesn't seem to be an option. Other than this particular issue, I find this carpet cleaner to efficiently clean carpets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the Big Green Machine for home use, ran perfect for 10 or more years, then the brush motor failed. Picked up the ProHeat 2 and what a difference. Light and super manageable, doesn't work your arm and back muscles. Cleans deeper and better than the old Big Green. the ProHeat is perfect.

We have carpet in the playroom and in their bedrooms and this has been a lifesaver! I also bought the attachment and use it on my hardwood floor. It is easy to use and does a great job getting all the dirt out of hard to clean surfaces.

It took longer to dry than expected and I had to do one room twice to remove the doggy smell from the carpet and to completely remove several stains. Cleaning is a bit confusing and not sure how the containers will completely dry.
