Picked up the ProHeat 2 and what a difference. Light and super manageable, doesn't work your arm and back muscles. Cleans deeper and better than the old Big Green. the ProHeat is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the carpet cleaner once, so far, on a very neglected and pet abused carpet. I used our Bissell vacuum first and went over the carpet twice, even though it still looked disgusting. This is where the carpet cleaner comes in......amazing. I followed the directions to a tee, which were quite easy, and discovered what the carpet is suppose to look like. Oh, by the way, it smells good too!

The cleaner was a replacement of an old ProHeat cleaner; the new cleaner worked very well. Although I thought I was paying close attention to the instructions, I did miss something crucial - to change the selection on the cleaner from Express Clean to Deep Clean. I was wondering why I had so much water/cleaner solution in the tank after using the cleaner in a fairly large area. When I realized my mistake and made the switch to Deep Clean, I could see that much more water/cleaner shot out and the clean tank quickly was used up. This cleaner did a good job on stains and odors in a carpet area that had been used inappropriately by our feline companions.

I'm impressed with this machine, how it maneuvers & how the hot water stays hot the whole time you're using. It's easy to put together. Love the edge brush cleaner too. Good quality

This was able to not only lift and remove stains, but dried quickly enough for my pets not to notice. Amazing product and would absolutely recommend for customers with carpet and pets.

I couldn't believe how dirty the water was after the first cleaning so all of my rugs got 2 cleanings with the cleaner, plus 1-2 more with just plain water. Unbelievable how much dirt came out of what appeared to be clean rugs and carpets. The machine worked great and I will be using it frequently now that I have it.
