I have always purchased a hoover. This machine surprised me on the proformance. Cleans welll, nice brush system and attachments. I have 3 doges and a Dyson vacuum. I vacuum first, but doing this the machine pull a lot hair out the carpet. Reservoirs are little small, so you frequent emptying, but I can live with it. Do recommend using bissell cleaner formula. Run out and used my Sams liquid, it's foams too much.

I used the express mode and the rug was dry in about 30-40 min! It comes with a hose and tools you need for cleaning the machine itself. Very high value for the price.

It completely removed stains left by dogs and had been there for awhile! It saved me lots of money by doing it myself! I'm 70 years old and easily used this cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very bad for small are rugs, sucks them and cannot do the job, you need to use the small upholstery device. It gets blocked too easily for larger carpets and not easy to realize what is blocked, so it floods all the place....I had to call technical service, even if I had read all the instructions. A job that can be done in 1 hour took me 5, and I know how to use devices....Maybe my 2nd chance will be less painful, but to be honest I would not recommend, sounds like un unstable device...

Set up was easy, I don't have pets but you can still use the cleaner; which includes 6 bottles + the antibacterial solution (all trial sizes). I should have gotten the compact size since I only use area rugs. I haven't done a deep clean as of yet but I did use the express clean; which uses less water and it's better for touch ups. Drying time was fast but this machine leaks so badly from the dirty water tank. Bissell should include a mat to protect your floors, so empty the dirty water tank in your bathroom and have a mop nearby. I haven't used the attachments yet. After cleaning your rugs remove the bottom and use the included tool to clean out carpet fibers or pet hair as the suction is pretty impressive. I'm glad I made the purchase bc my canister type cleaner which is great was a pain bringing up and down the stairs!

I recently purchased two Bissell vacuum cleaners for our church that are lightweight, bagless, have swivel and are bagless. I am almost 70 years old. Our congregation is mainly senior adults. All the ladies loved the.vaccum cleaners and constantly brags about them. I came across some reviews of several Bissell carpet cleaners. I did a thorough check on their price, ease of use, warrenty, craftsmanship, weight of cleaner, ease of use, how well it cleaned carpets and rugs. I did this for months and months. I checked on line and in stores. The Bissell was rated one of.the top vacuums and carpet cleaners. The price was very reasonable but then caught some very good deals before Christmas. The vacuums and cleaner were very easy to put together and use. Thank you Bissell for making quality products.

I needed a new carpet cleaner and did not want to pay the high price again. I'm glad I purchased this Bissell! It out cleaned and dried faster then my more expensive cleaner.

Easier to use and even cleans Better than the rental! We have two white carpets that had turned black from the dogs laying and walking on them. After using the Bissell, our carpets look whiter than when we purchased them! We HIGHLY recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 15+ year old Bissel ProHeat. It is half the weight and I love the two separate water tanks. Upon getting my new machine, I immediately cleaned my basement carpets. They came out great. Despite doing a heavy cleaning, the carpets did not take long to dry. My only critique is that the step/upholstery attachment did not spray very well. It kind of sprayed wherever and not in a even stream like my old one. Overall I am very happy with it.
