[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. I have five dogs that come inside and so I clean my carpets on a regular basis. It is lightweight, it is easy to use, easy to empty out the dirty water and I I'm so happy I chose this model!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it once so far as I don't have a need to constantly shampoo my carpet. It was easy to assemble out of the box, very easy to use and clean up afterwards, pretty quiet while using, AND...it has an easy access to the belt which is VERY important!!! I love it!!

Out of the box, the belt was not installed correctly and created a terrible burning rubber smell. It took some effort to open the unit and get the belt installed correctly. Bissell was nice enough to replace the damaged belt. Otherwise, the unit works great. It has much stronger suction than the older Bissell model even though the motor amperage is almost half. It is also much lighter in weight than the older model.

The only fault of the product is the dirty water tank float is very sensitive. It will indicate dirty water tank full when it is only one third full. I have to turn off machine and turn back on to keep scrubbing. Need to do some re-engineering on float. But good scrubber for the price. Did the job.

I set the carpet cleaner on deep clean and was surprised at how much more pet hair was pulled out of my carpet. I would definitely recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great carpet cleaner. I've never owned one before. Always rented or hired a company. It is really close to time to replace my carpet. Decided to buy a carpet cleaner and clean on a regular basis so I could extend it's life. Machine is easy to use. I have multiple pets and allergies so I used the Allergen cleaning solution. The solution was fresh smelling and did a good cleaning, the whole house smells great weeks after. Downside, not any thing really. It does take time but I guess that should be expected for a through job.

This cleaner is a snap to assemble and very easy to use. Receiving the cleaning products with it was a real plus. We had a previous model and noticed a couple of nice improvements with us model. Especially appreciate the lint remover tool that's included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a very good job cleaning and super great for spot cleaning as well if I could change anything it would be to have a hose that goes to the sink and have a chemical injector so you can have a continuous cleaning with out stoping every half gallon to empty the dirty water or refill the 1gallon reservoir. Got my every worn out carpet looking new plus dry in about an hour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner works great. The brushes really do scrub and lift the dirt and stains. It cleaned some REALLY dirty carpets with lots of pet stains. Using the Boost cleaning product made a big difference and got the stains out. My only negative (hence only 4 stars) is that it does not get right up to the edge of the wall. There is an obvious 1-2" gap that does not get cleaned. Otherwise, a great carpet cleaner.
