This cleaner does exactly what it says it does, gets your carpets clean. Seems really well built and solid. Very easy to use. I was amazed at how much dirt was coming out of my carpets and I vacuum at least twice a week. I highly recommend this cleaner

I ordered this product online as it was not in stock at my local Sam's Club. It was delivered on time. It was easy to put together. I am amazed at how well it has cleaned my carpet that had set in pet stains. I'm so thrilled I purchased this product.

My only negative feedback is that the water tank is small, so I am constantly needing to refill it. On the deep clean setting, it took me about 5 tanks to clean a 300 sq ft room.

It did take longer than 8 hours to dry though, more like 24 but that could also be because of a moisture problem that we have in the house. I also tried it on on of the micro suede sofas and it was able to get dog dirt and drool out of it without pretreating the fabric and caused no damage to the sofa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tank is quite small on this, however, I was aware of the small tank when I purchased this. If cleaning heavy soiled areas, I would not recommend using the "express clean" option. I attempted this, because it dries quickly and I was cleaning a heavy traffic area in my home and have dogs. I ended up switching to the more deep clean options to clean the area, and went over the area more than recommended to attempt to get as much moisture out of the area as possible, since it was impossible to keep my pets or foot traffic off that area until completely dry. It seemed to dry quickly.

Easy to use, easy to clean after uses, awesome results. I've used it several times since I received it earlier this month. It's pretty as easy as vacuuming and with a new pup a needed helper. I purchased this to clean it myself to ensure I would get my deposit back. I have two cats, one young, one old. The older one pukes food (chunky kitty eats too fast) and has hairballs. The younger one loves to knock plates and cups full onto the floor. Needless to say, this has cleaned everything except one red kool-aid stain. Which is the hardest to get out. I'm going to pretreat before trying that stain again.
