Purchased this model Jan 2019 because it was light weight, easy to fill and empty and had a good warranty. I tested when it arrived to make sure it functioned. Today I go to clean carpets and although there appeared to be suction at the red filter under the dirty water tank the machine was not picking up any water at all. After reading the manual online, calling support 3 times and googling how to videos- 3 hrs later I finally go the machine to operate correctly-at least for the time being. It was about 10 minutes away from being thrown in the trash and me taking a loss. I expected the machine to work longer than 30 minutes and never expected it to take me 3 hrs to get the operating. First help person told me to remove the brushes and clean them. That's were trouble started with the belts on the brushes and it went downhill from there. If I'm lucky enough to get even 1 yrs use out of the machine I'll be surprised. Compared to my Hoover the suction power it terrible too.!

I just got this go gether ! And this little dirt sucker is great at it's job! I have a Maine coon cat with long fur and two dogs, need I say more as a man 58 yrs old this sucked dirt like no bodys' business I'm very impressed ! Do your self a favor and forget the bad reviews YOU WILL BE VERY GLAD YOU DID ! BUY this Dynamo its worth the money or I wouldn't say it was !

I've had professional cleaners try to get some old pet stains out of my nearly white carpet, and finally for about the cost of one of their visits, I've removed every stain! I operate it slowly, making sure to get all of the moisture up before moving to the next spot. I used the Pet Stain & Oder cleaner that was sold beside it in the store, and followed instructions. Love this carpet cleaner!

I received my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner and it was extremely easy to use and did a phenomenal job cleaning up the pet stains on my carpet. My carpet looks and feels new again. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has pet messes to clean up after!

I travel between my 2 daughters homes and have to have the Proheat 2X Revolution carpet cleaner. This is the second one I purchased so there is one in each house. We all have dogs and this cleaner is the best, from deep cleaning to taking care of little accidents. The added pet attachment keeps everything in the small container and never goes through the hose. Love this product.

The machine will only clean surface dirt, On the "deep clean" setting it goes thru a whole tank in about 12 feet so you have to constantly refill and empty the canisters. And the company's help page is useless I wrote twice and pretty much was told thats the way it is? I do not know about any other machine but this one is not worth the money.

I've used this machine inside my home and inside my car. It's great easy to use> only con I see in this machine is if you are interrupted while cleaning the water doesn't stay hot. When you see a machine that says Pro Heat you will believe it heats the water also. NO,not part of the functions. It cleans well, cleaning the machine is easy. Not all appliances listed come with the the machine, ie the bare floor cleaner. It's an additional purchase at the website. I used it inside my car after spending a lot of money to get the interior cleaned, this did a much better job. I suggested this machine to the detailer.

Was impressed on how it pulled the dirt from the carpeting but after a fourth carpet cleaning (we have a motel, so cleaning carpets every week), the wheels/axles are actually bowing so now the wheels rub on the edges of the machine. It is all plastic so you cannot straighten them out. Very disappointed in the quality of the machine itself and not sure how many more cleanings we will get from it before the wheels will no longer roll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never owned a carpet cleaner. Would always rent. After research and comparing the different reviews, this was the winner! And it sure is! Great value for the price! Easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to clean afterwards. It is quite light (which it great since I have back problems). We have 2 big dogs. This cleaner did a great job cleaning the carpet. I did try it on one section of the couch, but to be fair, I didn't give it as much elbow grease as I think I should have. Regardless, it did pretty good! I really like the accessories it comes with. The bag for storing the accessories and the little tool to clean the nozzle and the brush are a plus!!!

This is my fourth bissell scrubber. Each one has lasted 5 to 8 years and we truly put them to work in our home and in our rental properties. I have to say this one has impressed me the most. It truly does a deep down clean without making carpets too wet. I
