I love this carpet shampoo machine. It was shocking to see how much dirt this machine picked up. Even after vacuuming! The dogs bring so much dirt inside even after washing their paws. This machine is powerful and handy to use whenever I need to. No more running to the store and lugging the heavy rental home, yea!

This product has brushes that really get out the dirt in your carpet. I cleaned my entire house without a mask and without using the disinfectant throughout. I would recommend wearing mouth and nose protection since it really draws up things in your carpet..

this is the best carpet cleaner i have ever had and they have all been Bissell's. I have had professional cleaners out to my house for the last couple of years and they could not remove the stains from my carpet, they are gone now. I love this machine.

This is my 2nd machine and once again the machine after several cleanings stopped sucking up the liquid. I have spent more time trying to clean the 2 machines to see if I could unblock whatever was blocking it than actually cleaning. Too bad because I thought it was going to be great!!

i have a 2 story house used it to do the bottem floor, which isn't that much carpet, which it worked great for! Then I did my upstairs the first bedroom It started squeeling, and then would stop, we turned it off to see if it was clogged or stuck, nothing we finished that room and it was fine, did the master bedroom, I'm sqweeled and you could see the brushes stop, we opened it up, put the belt back on, turned it on the belt came off, the brushes gears are stripped? Why, I used it once....also it leaks from all over! The container the holds the clean water doesn't stop!

Holy Cow! This machine delivers exactly what Bissell promised. It is easy to use, light weight, and oh yeah... it cleans like crazy. I have used it on carpet and area rugs (small and room size). I was a little nervous about the area rugs being too wet since they rest on hard wood floors, but this has not been a problem. The rugs are dry to touch amazingly fast. My house looks and smells great! I can't wait to start on my couches and chairs!

I have owned Bissell cleaners before and have always loved them. Due to arthritis I needed a lightweight carpet cleaner. I thought because of its lightweightness that it wouldn't perform as well as the other carpet cleaners. In my opinion it cleaned my carpets BETTER than the heavy weights!!!

I use the product to constantly clean my mother-in-law apartment. She has a serious incontinence issue. However, the Bissell is able to clean up every mess in a matter of a few minutes. The carpet always looks freshly cleaned. This is an awesome product and worth every dollar and then some.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this machine for 6 years (1 year ago), never had a problem, loved how it cleaned & had great suction & a plus being light weight. For 6 years this carpet cleaner got this old carpet clean every time. When it started leaking, around at the seam on main holder to tank. This machine even at that still had a great motor, only thing is couldn't do is replace that part, all parts but that one was replaceable. Sad to say even though motor was still good and strong had to throw it out. If I could gave replaced that one piece I would still be using it to this day. Hated to see it go! Now looking to buy another one, but I hesitate to buy same one for that part. If they made it replaceable I'de get this same machine in a heart beat. Thank you for at least 6 years of a care free, non-troublesome life of cleaning my carpets

Cleans up cat hair on carpets great. Machine is user friendly. It's obvious how the parts are installed, removed and cleaned. Very easy to use and feels lighter than most machines I've used. Convient and easy to pick up and move to another room or up stairs.
