Just used the Porheat 2x. Nice machine light weight, easy to use and cleans well. However found the hose attachment, way to short to do a set of stairs. I had to hold the machine on the step halfway up and try to clean the steps at the same time. Definitely could use a longer hose or the option to purchase a longer one for doing stairs. Also found that when using the attachment the beaters (brush) on the main machine still spun. One would think that when you pug in the hose to use the attachment there would be an automatic switch so the brush does not spin. My son found it acctually wore their carpet where the machine had sat while cleaning their couch. Other than that I am very pleased over all with the machine.

I LOVE this carpet cleaner!! I have a lot of carpet to clean and pet stains to remove, and this machine, used with the Bissell pet stain pre-treatment in combination with the 2X pet stain and odor formula, was amazing! Thanks for making me a satisfied customer!

Great carpet cleaner. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Easy set up and I like the fact that the clean and waste water tanks are separate, unlike my previous Bissell Proheat 2x. Seems to really get into the carpet, as it creates lots of tiny little "fuzz balls" you'll need to vacuum up after drying (this is a good thing). Features I'd like to see in a new and improved version: Larger tank capacities: 2 gallon clean tank instead of 1, and a waste tank that holds at least 1 gallon (currently it's pathetically small at less than half a gallon and requires repeated emptying). An integrated detergent tank that holds enough detergent for multiple tank refills and automatically mixes it with the clean water before spraying...my Proheat had this feature, eliminating the need to measure and add solution to each clean water refill. Perhaps more power? I haven't checked the amperage rating on the Revolution, but I think there would be demand for a more professional grade version.

I've had the spot clean portable cleaner and that didn't last but a few months. This machine however is perfect. It cleans up all my cats' messes with only the recommended passes of the machine with the antibacterial formula #sample came with the machine#. I highly recommend this product.

I have experienced all of the same problems that others posted in October and November 2016. Bissell, are you listening? Was there a defective batch? Having multiple dogs I thought my dream had come true the first time I used this product. By the 4th use, it began to leak water, roller brushed wouldn't spin, and it was only extracting 1/4 of the dirty liquid. Thus, my carpet now has stains, most likely permanent, on them. It addition, one of the belts appears to be disintegrating, as there are pieces on my carpet. (See pictures attached). With company coming for the holidays, my carpet will look less than acceptable!!! I chose the Bissell after my Hoover carpet cleaner cratered after 5 years. The Bissell is going back and I will purchase another Hoover (a company from which a cousin retired after 35 years).

Today I intended to return my Revolution because I was looking for something to clean my Dogs loveseat, yes they have their own sofa, and I was not impressed with the attachment tube that came with this machine or the suction .... Long story short, I've changed my mind about returning it because I wanted to give it one last try at cleaning my carpet. It worked amazing, "deep clean" option removed dirt from my carpet I would not have known existed, it's only a month old. Bissell you can cancel my return request, I just have two bissell carpet cleaners (so not practical).

I use this product to clean high traffic areas and spills on carpet. I used it for my car once but the main brush doesn't turn off and melted the fibers in my jeep. I have had to replace the rubber belts 4 times. I'm very disappointed in this bissell product.

It is refreshing to be emailing a company about a positive subject. We bought this scrubber last year because we have 3 German Shepherds and a woodshop attached to the house. A good formula for carpet nightmares. This is the 2nd scrubber because the first one had a terrible leak while it was just sitting. I contacted customer support (John, I believe), explained the problem and arranged to get it replaced. No hassle, argument, nothing. Just a good experience during an aggravating situation. I just finished scrubbing the carpets again with my Bissell and it seemed like a good time to let you know you have a good machine and it is appreciated. I don't think the dogs care for it but that is their problem.

This machine re-dispenses dirty water onto the rug. Even during the first use. I have white rugs. Even during the first use it looked like some areas were a bit darker after cleaning. On second use I realized that once the machine gets soiled water in it, somehow it gets soiled water back out onto the carpet. I even took it into the hallway and set it on the wood floor, pressed the button to dispense water and brown water came out. This was a total waste of money!!

Aside from being exhausted and sweaty, my carpets have not looked as good as they do now. I had a small Pro Green, to start. Then rented a commercial machine and finally figured out that it was time to invest. I was amazed at how thoroughly it cleaned my "white" carpets and the amount of dirty liquid that resulted. I'd only rented the big machine a month ago and there's no comparison. The Bissell is a savior in the world of white carpets (no, I didn't pick white, the house came with them).
