Write a Review ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Carpet Cleaner. worst Bissell product I ever purchased. It was awkward to use and did not live up to the Bissell name. needs to go back to research and development stage. cleaning the nozzle was the worse part of the whole thing.

Carpet cleaner does not suck up water on Berber carpet. I called the 1-800 number in my booklet and they told me that the Berber carpet is "delicate". Their is nothing in there ad or booklet that tells you it will not work on this type of carpet. I have wasted my money since most of my house is Berber.

I have used Bissell Carpet Cleaners for over 16 years and wouldn't use any other store bought Carpet Cleaner Brand. The new Pro Heat 2X Revolution is not as I expected but still does a very nice job. It is much lighter than their previous machines of same size and the dual brushes are a plus. The dirt pick up is as I would think the same as the last one I had. Plus Pro Heat? What heat? I still have the green canister that I bought out east in 1986. It still is functional. I have given my last Bissell Carpet Cleaner to my Niece for her home. I bought this one because of the dual brushes and less bulky.

The first month was great. The belts wear down quickly and are not easy to replace. The brush spins even when using the attachments. I had to put a large plastic lid under it so it wouldn't eat the carpet. Unfortunately the brush did a number on the carpet in my car. Be careful when using attachments! Place something under the brush or move it every 30 seconds.

after my first use of my new vacuum, I was totally satisfied! Then during the next use the belt breaks, which required a call to get assistance and leading to order for new belts. However the representative provided it free this time. Belts always seem to the issue will all the vacuums I've had in the past. I'm just saying!!!!

While I tend to embellish my stories from my younger days We can rest assured what I am telling today is I have a phobia about dirty carpets. I don't allow shoes on my carpets and or hardwood floors. Can't stand to think of the filth people bring in with their shoes. I have 2 vacuums, 1 hardwood cleaner and now a Pro Heat 2X that I purchased To replace a Hoover carpet cleaner. When I watched the Ad I was all into it The wife telling me No! No! You already have one. Did I listen Huh nope... Part Italian and it's not our nature to listen. The Pro Heat 2X did a very good job and what I liked about The machine it picked almost all of the water I put down. I compare the Pro Heat 2X pet to SEC Football It rules!!! Good Day!!

First of all, I would not compare this to a commercial machine designed with the ability to be used for hours a day every day. That being said, for the homeowner who wants to maintain his own carpeted surfaces , this unit surprised me. I was actually able to improve on what a service did to my carpets a couple of months ago, and correct some things they left behind. Use common sense and patience, and this unit will work well for most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel the machine does an excellent job cleaning. It does a great job drawing water/cleaner out of your carpet. However my biggest gripe is that the tank capacities are way too small. I find that emptying the dirty tank so frequently is very frustrating. This machine replaced my old Hoover WidePath. So at least I have something to compare it to. IMHO, I feel the Bissel cleans better than the Hoover,but the Hoover offers larger capacity tanks. Also, Hoover's supply tank has a separate cleaning solution chamber which has two advantages. 1) the cleaning fluid is mixed with the fresh water and dispensed automatically. Thus no measuring required when filling the supply tank. 2) Since the supply tank has a clean water chamber, I was able to easily rinse the carpet. The clean water rinse leaves the carpet softer with no residue caused by the cleaning detergent. I found that feature is a huge plus! So the bottom line is Yes, I would recommend this machine but only if its to be used for very small areas.. If you want to clean a room or two, I'd go with the Hoover.

Just got my proheat 2X revolution pet deluxe upgrade carpet cleaner. and I am glad i got the deluxe upgrade it has far exceeded my expectations. My carpet is clean! even spots that had been in the carpet for awhile they came out. I'm impressed and the drying time is what mostly by surprise. with my old carpet cleaner it would take 2 sometimes 3 days for the carpet to dry not so with my bissell I cleaned in the am and everything was dry by supper I am Happy thanks!!!

Best shampooer EVER !!!! We have owned several different machines and this by far is the superior cleaner. So lightweight, user friendly, deep cleaning (gets out stains other machines couldn't. I could go on forever but just be assured you will be so satisfied with this machine!
