My spouse prefers the shower wash, so I took over the bar soap and it works as a great alternative to my usual dial soap. I don’t use it in on my face. I have sensitive skin that reacts to scented body washes/soaps , and this did not irritate. Highly recommend! Smooth, clean finish with no residue! This was given to my father who’s 60+ in age. He doesn’t normally use a bar soap but has admitted that this one smells really good and doesn’t dry his skin out like other bar soaps. Actually, my mom, 55+ has also used it a few times and says that it’s very nice on her mature skin as well.

I thought this was a very good product and as I already use the original dove bar soap in my home it was intresting to see the side by side comparison. The scent was great, it did not dry out my skin, sometimes seemed to leave a slight film like residue but it quickly went away. My one biggest concern with the product was that it does seem to run out faster than the dove original which for me would mean I would not buy again just because I would have to purchase it more often.
