Why did you change the scent? I have been using this bar soap daily for over ten years and it was because of the scent. Also, it doesn't lather up like it use to.

Horrible new scent and formula

I wish you would bring back the old scent and formula. I was a 20+ year loyal customer and the new scent and formula is horrible. You've probably received so many other complaints, I don't understand why you don't bring it back. My entire family and friends all had to stop using it because all 9 of us agreed it smelled horrible and made us all have skin issues. And we were all 20+ year loyal customers. You've definitely lost a lot of business. Please bring the old formula and scent back.

NOTHING like the old one-- beware!

They have changed tue formula for tye daily silk orange bar and it is horrible! Leaves you skin dry, doesn't smell as nice and actually doesn't even compare to the old one. The 5 star reviews have to be paid because if I could give it a negative 5 I would. Thanks for nothing. 40 year customer and I'll never buy it again- unless they change it back!

New Scent is Terrible!

I used this soap for decades and loved the scent, but they changed it to a one-note, sickeningly sweet synthetic perfume smell that reminds me of a dollar store candle. It is truly awful, and unless Caress pulls a Coca-Cola and releases "Caress Classic," I will never buy this again.
