I've been using caress for over 25 years, my daughters use it, my mom uses it. This new formula is absolutely terrible. The soap smells like a cheap perfume and before I even got out of the shower I could feel my skin pulling. Very drying soap. Never buying again

The scent is white peach + orange blossom, and it literally smells like stepping out of a warm shower into a hug. It's giving clean, feminine, and slightly floral without being too strong. It lathers up really well and leaves your skin feeling silky—not squeaky dry or tight. I love that it's moisturizing, because some bar soaps will have you feeling like you need urgent lotion. Not this one. If you're a perfume layer-girlie, this soap is perfect as a base. Add a light body oil, a matching lotion, and whew—your man (or imaginary man 😭) gon' follow you around the house.

Beautiful fragrance, this soap is traditional to me. My mom bought it for our household as kids. Almost has a perfume smell to it in my opinion. Those soap will definitely have you feeling feminine and pretty. It scents your skin all day and has a nice floral hint to it.

It lathers up quickly and makes you fee like you are really getting clean. I usually prefer gel body washes/ soaps, but really did like this bar soap. It left my skin feeling moisturized too.

The new formula is not a positive change. Unilever has ruined the gentle scent and skin softness that the original bars had. This soap leaves a film on your body and is tacky until dried. Goodbye Caress... unless they revert to the old formula I won't buy them again and these new ones are going to the trash bin.
