used this soap exclusively for over 20 years, but now have to find another brand. You have certainly changed more than the "look" and scent, Now you are just another cheap perfume bar like you find in a cheap motel. The scent burns my eyes and my skin has never been more dry and itchy. Congrats to your team they have found a soap that repels customers! BYE BYE!!!!!!

I am a lifelong Caress user, but the new formula is so bad, I'm moving on to something else and never looking back. This is the worst switch since New Coke. The new bars smell terrible and leave me feeling dry as a bone, a 100% difference from the old bars then left me smelling and feeling great. DO NOT BUY THE NEW BARS!!!!

The smell lingers for a while after showering so it's good that it does that . It lathers very well and I feel very clean using the bar soap and my skin feels very soft now .

However, for my sensitive skin girlies, this might not be the best choice—it’s a bit too strong and can cause irritation. Ever since I was a child, I have used Caress soap. This latest change is the worst "improvement" since New Coke. The smell is peculiar and when I pulled out the first bar there were weird drips on it, like it was coated with something. Then I placed it into my hands, it was greasy, slippery, and seemed to have a coating on it. I moved it around in my hands to get as much of the coating off of it, to no avail. The smell is different and now I am itchy. I am on the hunt for the old bars now and then I will be switching to another brand. Please change it back to the tried and true Caress that I have used for over 40 years. I am so sad that a staple in my life is now gone.
