[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in Florida, I need a soap that can keep up with the heat and humidity, and the Caress Daily Silk Bar Soap does just that. The white peach and orange blossom scent is refreshing without being overpowering, perfect for starting the day feeling fresh. It lathers well and rinses off easily, which is a must when you’re in and out of the shower frequently to cool down. Plus, it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized, which is great because the sun can be drying. The only downside is that the scent fades quicker than I’d like, but overall, it’s a solid choice for everyday use.

I have used Caress for over 25 years. My skin always felt refreshed and moisturized with a soft floral scent. This new formula leaves my skin extremely dry and itchy and the scent is very strong. I really love the caress body wash and bar soap. I have so many bar soaps I believe I will return them for body wash. I hope you will go back to the original formula soon...

There's no difference to me in the bar so in any way. My mother would bathe me as a little girl with the bar soap. I continue to use it for the **long lasting lingering luscious scent and satin softness** it provides as you get ready. I enjoy the feeling of my skin throughout the day as if I used body cream all over my body. Thanks Caress for continuing your skin products and continue to create new amazing products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good soap, love the packaging and color, it lathers really well, my only gripe with it is the scent, I’m not a fan of floral scents, this for me is a bit intense. It’s great for those who love florals buts too perfumey for me. However I fell in love with combining it with an almond scented liquid soap, it was a game changer, it helped tone down the intensity of the florals and was perfect.

The "new look & refreshed scent" is horrible is every way. First the scent is heavy and nothing like the original. Next the soap itself feels all wrong. It felt like I was back at my folks house using their Dial soap. It doesn't leave that moisturizing feel at all. I absolutely hate it and will be returning the 6 or 8 package I just opened. I just got out of the shower and I swear it feels like I'm already getting a bladder infection from it!! Sorry. I'm on my way out to search for the old packaging and to return this horrible new formula. Btw, I have been using this soap since I left my folks house at 17 which was a long long time ago.

I've used this for decades, literally my whole life. In late 2024, the packaging and formula changed. It now leaves a sticky residue. I wish they would have left the original formula alone and just came out with a new product for the new formula. I now have to search for a new soap for my sensitive skin of which I didn't know I had sensitive skin to soap until I had to find a new one.

I bought the new Caress and I am so disappointed! I wanted to return it because I thought it was a new scent, and when I read that it was the original scent, I couldn’t believe it, no smell at all and it’s just terrible, please bring back the old scent

This is a beautiful and clean spring time scent. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect peach scented soap to go with my “Peach” shower routine. I use this after my antibacterial soap and it adds so much moisture back into my skin. I use this CARESS soap with an exfoliating glove to give the best lather! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly soap.
