When I washed my hands using the Silk Bar they were immediately lather with the soap and I could feel how silky and smooth they felt. The afterward feeling is not sticking at all!

I have used Caress Daily Silk Beauty Bar Soap and I really did not like it. It did lather up some good bubbles and wash fine. However, I really did not like the scent. It smelled like an old perfume. It was overwhelming and not what I wanted my body to smell like. I also felt like there was a slight film left on my skin after my shower. This Caress soap just wasn’t for me. I would not recommend Caress Daily Silk Beauty Bar Soap to others. I will not purchase this soap anymore.

I have been using Caress soap for over 15 years - I don't use anything else. Last week I purchased a new pack and was shocked by the change in the soap. It has a drying effect on my skin, not the silky smooth texture I was used to. The bar itself dries out and has deep ridges on the sides, which I have never seen it do before. It sort of reminded me of an Ivory soap bar? Dry. Terrible. I am so disappointed to have to stop buying this product.

I have used this bar for many years. I sometimes don't think to take with me when I travel and end up using hotel soap. As soon as I do this my psoriasis breaks out. I love this soap and would recommend it highly for others to try that may have skin issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually a body wash and fruit scent preferring girl but gave this a chance and did enjoy the clean feeling and soft skin it gave me. The scent is a strong floral scent, I don’t smell any peach just flowers. I would be interested in trying a different fruity, citrus or coconut scent but it seems they don’t offer any. A shame because I otherwise like the feel of the soap.

I love love love my soap and body wash. Daily silk fragrance makes me feel so happy,clean and refreshed. I have been using it since the age of 16 and I'm 42 now. I make hand soap when the bar gets thin.I also lather my towel then lay it over my face and inhale. It's so amazing. Thank you Caress for making my day start wonderful and end comfortably. I have been using Caress bar soap for over 50 years and all of the sudden it has a new look and new formula? This "new" formula is NO WHERE near the same scent or remotely close to the original daily silk. This loyal customer is now jumping ship with a bad attitude and a journey to find a new soap that will start my day feeling fresh.

Oh man, how could you not like this soap? Besides Dove, this is the soap that I use the most. The scent is so unique and intriguing. So feminine and clean! It doesn’t leave a reside but what it does leave is a nice smell on your skin. It even has the whole bathroom smelling good. It’s non abrasive to your lady parts and such a classic. (Men could even use it and it’s not too girly).
