Marbled cuts of pork shoulder are braised low and slow, resulting in small morsels of tender, juicy meat that can be used in all of your favorite dishes. Two pounds of pork is more than enough to feed the whole family. <h3>Get Restaurant-Style Pork Carnitas Right at Home</h3> Carnitas are a delicious and versatile protein option for sandwiches, salads, wraps, tacos and burritos. This is a perfect dish for game day appetizers or after-school snacking. Prepare the carnitas in your microwave or air fryer for meat that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve carnitas as a quick and easy meal with rice and beans or use it as a topping for nachos. Preparing meals has never been easier or more appetizing! <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from pouch and place into an oven-safe pan. I bought this for this weekend NFL games.  Made Nachos out of half the package was tons of meat.  We will use the rest for tacos or quesadillas later.  The only request would be to put two 1lb packages as we are normally just two, so would only buy when having guest around. Easy to prepare and was delicious.

Easy to prepare, Feeds a crowd and taste awesome!

I love this meat.  It is deliciously cooked, very juicy, and no added sauces or anything.  I warm it in a skillet and either eat as is or on wraps with toppings like avocado, sour cream, etc.

Perfect chunks of deliciously cooked pork

This was a sample one Saturday and now i never leave Sam's without it in my cart! No seasoning needed. Its easy and quick to prepare. Makes great tacos, burritos, enchiladas.

The single best food item in the club. Perfectly seasoned and tender. We buy this every time and have shared it with others. Absolutely love this.

A must buy! This is absolutely amazing pulled pork, you can use it and make your own homemade street tacos or a nice pulled pork barbecue sandwich. I've made quesadillas with this as well and it is so quick and easy to prepare.

Really Enjoy the pork Carnitas. Made tacos, taco salad, and paired well with queso. Not salty, and made a great protein for my meal prep.

Great substitute for chicken

They are very good. Great taste without the greasiness of manteca. Great price for 2 lbs. I do recommend that you shred them when heating them up, otherwise you just get giant pork balls.

Great tasting carnitas, better than Michoacáns

My husband and I really like this meat a lot! We make it in the microwave and then chop it on a cutting board. It's so good in corn soft tacos with some cilantro. Yum! It's one of our favorite new meals.

The Pork Carnitas were good. I prepared them as tacos as well as on a bed of rice with both options being good. the product comes as one 2# bag but Iwould prefer the package to be split into two equal portions giving you more options.

Overall this isn’t bad, we used it to make pulled pork nachos since I was having a crazy craving and they turned out delish. On its own though its pretty bland, I had to add a lot of seasoning to it, it was on the dry side too. But overall for the price and a pre packed meat it was good. I’m going to try it with tacos next.

Nachos

Do not buy this item. It had big chunks of fat or what seemed like glue in the meat. They did not dissolve. Almost half of it was stick in one big piece. I could not get it apart and onlyba few little pieces shredded.  I do not recommend at all. Which was a shame because it smelled really good, but i could not eat any part if it because of the really hard yellow chunks. I just threw it out. Such a waste.
