2. Bring sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Cover with a lid.

3. Stir every 2 minutes and replace cover.

4. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

5. Reheat until internal temp reaches 165°F using a calibrated thermometer.

6. Serve hot.

Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Remove lid.

3. Cover with foil and cook for 40–50 min.

4. Heat until pasta reaches 165°F.
