Cooking Instructions:

Conventional Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Remove the plastic lidand cover the tray with aluminum foil.

3. Place in the oven and heat until internal temperature of beef reaches165°F using a calibrated thermometer.About 45 – 55 minutes.

4. Spoon some of the sauce over the beef then pull it apart into the desired number of portions.

5. Serve with the roasted carrots and potatoes.
