I highly recommend Kiolbassa which is made in my hometown in Texas. I'm happy Sam's Club continues to sell Kiolbassa sausages in the midwest because they're my fave! Kiolbassa sausage is delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and I really enjoy cooking a variety of meals like sliced sausage with scrambled eggs topped with salsa, sliced sausage in a pot of pinto beans(similar to borracho beans without the beer), bbq sausage in a hotdog bun, or a whole sausage link in a toasted corn tortilla. 
I really hope Sam's Club also brings back the Kiolbassa breakfast sausages with hatch chiles but for now, I'm just grateful to have any Kiolbassa products offered at my local Sam's Club.

A great brand that smoke their sausages the right way. Very delicious, smokey, good snap, with clean ingredients sausage. A delicious bang for your buck.

One of the best sausages out there to try.

My absolute favorite sausages! They describe the "snap" of the casing when you bite into them ... perfect! Great for KETO too! Not loaded up with corn syrup or added sugars!

This is the best sausage on the market. It does not shrivel up when I grill it. The flavor is next level.

Love the flavor and goodness of the ingredients in these sausages. Sometimes the casing is too tough, but then I just peel it off.

Great sausages!

These are delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I've diced them and put in chili for a nice smoked flavor, added them to green beans and other soups.  And, they are good in their own as an entree.

So versatile

We quite like these. They are more flavorful than the typical sausages we can find in this area. They are a bit on the greasy side though. Need to paper towel them a bit, unless you like a lot of fat...

My husband is a big fan of these sausages   
He loves to grill them and use in omelets
or just in a bun.  I personally like them as well, but I really like that they are nitrate free.  Huge in this world additives
And preservatives. That being said, eat in moderation as they are high in fat.

I do not normally eat sausage, of any kind - I'm squeamish about anything that has been ground up and out back together. 
This is premium!! No hard bits, not gristly bits, just good flavor and quality meat. 
We smoke ours on a pellet grill and the skin gets the snap of what we love from our favorite Texas smokehouse sausages.

Outstanding quality and taste!

Good flavor but pretty greasy.  Tried cooking them whole and inside was so greasy and not great texture.  Sliced and fried the remaining ones and that helped with the texture and released more of the grease.

Read the fine print. If you don't eat pork then don't buy this. BEEF is big and bold but it's in a pork casing which I didn't notice until I was home.
