They were the best steaks I have ever eaten.  Extremely tender with a melt in your mouth texture.  An almost too rich to eat an entire steak flavor.  We split the 2 steaks between 4 people which was almost the perfect amount.  I'm sure I could eat a whole steak,  however I might become overloaded by it's richness.  Will have to order them again to see if that will be the case.

I’ve had both American and Australian Wagyu and really wanted to try one of the Japanese A5 steaks. They are very thin compared to what an Americans are used to. An aI’ve had both American and Australian Wagyu and really wanted to try one of the Japanese A5 steaks. They are very thin compared to what a Americans are used to. An A5 steak is like something you’ve never tasted before. It has really good flavor and all but it is so tender it almost doesn’t have the texture of beef. Don’t get me wrong, it was the most tender steak I’ve ever had but I’m also used to chewing a little bit like you would with a prime steak. Worth the money to give it a try but I don’t think I would order them again being that thin.

A5 is awesome!

I bought these as a gift for my son for his birthday.  He's one of those people who doesn't need anything and once he'd mentioned casually that he'd like a really good steak. I thought they were a little thin for the price, I mean what is "strip loin" anyway? But he told me they were the best steaks he'd ever eaten, that they tasted like butter and he'd be happy to get them every year on his birthday.  So really good, but definitely not an every day purchase for me.

The steaks were absolutely delicious!! The only reason for one less than perfect star was the delivery time - partly due to weather issues, partly due to FedX. The steaks were well packed, but definitely started to thaw out a little bit so we cooked them a bit earlier than we wanted since I didn’t want to risk putting them in the freezer again. I don’t think they were affected since they really were super tasty.

Fantastic steaks!

I had to order twice. The first time the meat arrived thawed/spoiled. The meat supplier apologized and seemed very nice. I was able to return it through Sam's. I reordered and the second time the meat arrived still frozen. BEAUTIFUL steaks!!! I cannot wait to grill them. I am going to have a tasting at a get-together with some friends with one steak. The other steak, I'm going to save for a Thanksgiving get-together tasting.

Its ok

I bought two orders which is 4 steaks for a friend as a Christmas gift, they only sent me two steaks. It’s been 10 days and after Christmas now, I still haven’t heard back from the so called office about my order.
